I was referred here by a friend and from scheduling the appointment to the work they did, I was so impressed. Exceptional customer service, friendly and welcoming, and as I waited for my car I loved hearing how thorough they were explaining things to other customers and presenting options. Highly recommend.

The employees at Randolph Automotive Servicenter are so busy touting their “amazing” techniques that they forget what actual good customer service looks like.

The team at Randolph automotive was a pleasure to deal with everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was fixed really quickly and done properly. Definitely will be back.

I had a fuel pump go bad with my car. I towed it to this repair shop. The People working here are friendly and informative. I had a high estimate, but I was suprised and glad to have been given the opportunity to lower my price with alternative part selections to fit my budget and situation. I picked up my car, had an issue when I got home, I called the shop back, they towed it for me back to their service center (free of charge), inspected the issue, and allowed me to pick up the car without an additional fee. They were great 👍

Always the absolute best! I’ve been going to them for about 5 years and I’m never disappointed and always impressed with their honesty, quality of work and just kindness when you go in. We just moved a little further away and we’ll still continue to use Randolph Automotive for all these reasons! Thank you!
